摘  要:以DCB-偶氮胂(全名为3-(2-胂酸基苯偶氮)-6-(2,6-二氯-4-溴)-4,5-二羟基-2,7萘二磺酸)为衍生化试剂,使之负载于碳硅凝胶上,并以此填充微柱.在优化的实验条件下,于pH4.0的NH3·H2O/HCOOH缓冲介质中实现了La3+、Ga3+的在线富集分离和ICP-AES测定.对影响在线预富集的各种因素进行了考察;方法的富集倍数为10倍,检出限为μg·L-1级,分析速度为8次/h.此法用于生物标准试样分析。The DCB Arsenazo [3 (2 Arsonophenylazo) 6 (2,6 dichloro 4 bromo) 4,5 dihydroxy naphthalene 2,7 disulfonic acid] used as complex reagent was loaded on the mixture of active carbon silica gel. Main experimental parameters were optimizied. In the buffer solution of NH 3·H 2O HCOOH at pH 4.0, La 3+ ,Gd 3+ could be preconcentrated in a micro column preconcentration system and was determined by ICP AES. Its enrichment factor was 10; the detection limits was at μg/L level, the sampling frequency was 8 times/h. This method has been applied to the analysis of NBS standard sample of tomato leaves and GBW08505 tea leaves with satisfactory results.
