摘　　要：对马钢新区2座4000m^3级高炉采用的先进适用技术进行了阐述,如上料系统不设中间站、渣处理采用"MG法"、煤气净化工艺选用重力除尘器加戴维塔等。为了实现长寿目标,高炉炉底、炉缸采用进口陶瓷杯,炉腹、炉腰和炉身下部选用薄炉衬和铜冷却壁,本体和热风炉的冷却全部采用软水。The paper introduces the advanced and applicable technologies used in two 4000m3 BFs in Masteel, e.g. no intermediate transfer station for stock charging, MG slag granulating process, gravity precipitator ＋ Davy tower annular scrubber for gas scrubbing, etc.. In order to reaching the aim of long campaign, imported ceramic cups are used for furnace bottom and hearth while thin furnace lining and copper cooling stave are adopted at bosh, belly and lower part of stack. The furnace body and hot air stove are cooled by means of soft water completely.
