摘　　要：针对国内使用的MAG/CO2焊机普遍缺乏全面的遥控功能,就如何用最简单、可靠的方法实现焊机功能的全面遥控提出了自己的见解和具体解决方案,同时介绍了NB-500L全遥控逆变MAG/CO2焊机的工作原理和设计思路,分析了软开关逆变电路的工作原理和NB-500L焊机电弧特性控制的设计方案,并已经付诸实施。A simple and reliable opinion and solution of the complete remote control for the MAG/CO2 inverter welding power was provided.Operating principle and design ideology about the MAG/CO2 inverter welding power NB-500L with the complete remote control were presented.The principle of the soft-switching inverter circuit and the design plan of the arc characteristic controls to the NB-500L inverter welding powerwere analyzed and had heen put in practice.
