摘  要:通过平焊位置和仰焊位置的断弧焊比较试验、外接保护气断弧仰焊试验、断弧仰焊和连弧仰焊的比较试验对碱性低氢型奥氏体焊条仰焊气孔成因进行了研究,并引入气孔率进行定量分析。结果表明,仰焊气孔主要是由于焊接保护不良引起的氮气孔,采用连弧焊代替常用的断弧焊可在很大程度上降低仰焊气孔。The gas pore cause in overhead position welding with basic low hydrogen type austenitic electrode was studied.The contrastive test of discontinuous-arc-welding in flat position and in overhead position were carried out.The discontinuous-arc-welding in overhead position with protective atmosphere was tested.The contrastive tests of discontinuous-arc-welding and continuous-arc-welding in overhead position were also made.The gas pore rate was introduced to study the pore quantitatively.The results indicate that the gas pore in overhead position welding is nitrogen pore.The cause of formation is that protection in the welding process is not good.The gas pores can be reduced evidently by continuous-arc-welding instead of discontinuous-arc-welding in overhead position welding.
