雷公藤内酯微乳凝胶抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究雷公藤内酯微乳凝胶的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法:通过急性、慢性炎症动物模型观察本品的抗炎作用,扭体法和热板法观察本品的镇痛作用。结果:雷公藤内酯微乳凝胶在20～120μg.kg-1剂量范围内(以雷公藤内酯计)能抑制二甲苯致小鼠的耳廓肿胀、棉球致大鼠的肉芽组织增生和角叉菜胶致大鼠的足趾肿胀,对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的继发性病变具有明显的治疗作用,能抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应,延长热板致痛的潜伏期。结论:雷公藤内酯微乳凝胶具有良好的抗炎和镇痛作用。Objective：To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of triptolide loaded in microemulsion-based gel （TP-MG）. Methods： The anti-inflammatory activities were tested using various in- flammatory animal models including xylene-induced ear edema in mice, carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats, cotton pellet granuloma test and adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats. The analgesic effects were investigated using pain models caused by hot plate and acetic acid in mice. Results：TP-MG（20 ～120/μg·kg^-1） significantly inhibited xylene-induced mouse ear edema, carrageenan-induced rat paw edema,weight of cotton-induced granuloma, adjuvant-induced rat arthritis, and obviously decreased twisting number induced by acetic acid, and increased the pain threshold in the hot plate test. Conclusions ：TP-GM has good anti-in- flammatory and analgesic effects.
