摘　　要：文章结合在香港"护理新动向国际学术会议"以高级临床护理为主题的3个演讲,对如何从中国的社会需求出发,有选择地学习和借鉴国外的经验,探索中国模式的护理专科化/高级临床护理发展之路提出几点思考:①从各国的卫生服务系统的特点和社会需求出发,把握高级临床护理的发展方向,并认识这一发展过程的长期性。②根据我国卫生保健专业人才的构成和卫生服务系统的特点,建议我国高级临床护理的发展应以临床护理专科化为主。③在专科护士教育中,充分认识办学主体、课程内涵的重要性,以保证人才培养的质量,促进专科护理事业健康发展。Based on a discussion on the development of advanced nursing pracrice in foreign countries, the author propose that there are something to learn from other countries, while the development of advanced nursing practice in China should consider the composition of healthcare personnel in China, the characteristics of the healthcare system and the healthcare needs of the society. Among the advanced nursing roles, currently in China. the priority should be given to the promotion of professionalization and specialization in nursing practice. It is import,ant to ensure the quality of the educational programs for clinical nurse specialist.
