北京市养老机构医务人员护理安全问题的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解目前北京市各级养老机构医护人员对老年人医疗护理安全问题的认知及工作现状,增强安全意识,为改进管理措施提供参考。方法:采取问卷调查法,对北京市10所养老机构的200名医务人员进行老年人医疗护理安全问题调查。结果:79.8%的医护人员认为加强养老机构的安全管理非常重要;列举的11项养老机构的不安全问题中排列前3位的是跌倒(48.7%)、窒息(23.1%)、坠床(22.6%);老年人走路不稳有倾斜度(91.5%)和照顾者责任心不强(50.0%)分别占老人内、外源性安全影响因素的首位;医护人员能够给带腹透管的老年人进行医疗护理指导的只占42.0%;有31.6%的医护人员认为指导老年人预防安全措施的时间占日常工作时间的30.0%以上;结论:搞好老年人医疗护理安全工作,不仅要强化预防安全意识,同时还应具有较强的防范能力,而这些均有赖于各级养老机构对于安全工作管理的加强。Objectives： To find out the cognition and work status of health professionals in nursing safety of elder people in senior citizen＇s welfare institutes in Beijing. To improve their safety conseionsness and to provide references to improve management. Methods： Two hundred health professionals in ten senior citizen＇s welfare institutes were investigated by a questionnaire on the nursing safety of elder people. Results： Seventy nine point eight percent of health professionals believed that it is very important to improve the safety management in senior citizen＇s welfare institutes： Among the 11 safety problems, the top three were falling down （48.7%）, suffocation （23.1%） and falling down from the bed （22.6%）. Unsteady walking （91.5%） and lack of sense of responsibility （50.0%）were the top interior and exterior factors respectively. Only 42.0% of health professionals gave health education to the peritoneal dialysis patients and 31.6% of health professionals maintained it would take more than 30 percent of job time to do routine safety education to elder people. Conclusion： To guarantee the safety of elders, some measures should be taken： strengthening the consciousness of safety; having strong prevention abilities.
