摘　　要：目的：探讨手部软组织缺损最佳手术方法。方法：从1985年-2005年选择应用多种皮瓣修复109例手部软组织缺损。结果：所有皮瓣完全成活,修复外观满意,功能恢复佳。结论：遵循显微外科治疗原则、选择合适皮瓣是修复手部软组织缺损的最佳治疗方法。Objective： To study the best surgical treatment of parenchyma defect on hand. Methods： 109 cases were treated with various skin flaps from 1985 to 2005. Results： All of the skin flaps were alive, the outlook of the repair was satisfied, the restoration of the function was very well. Conclusion： The best treatment on the parenchyma defect should be following the principle of treatment about microsurgery and choosing appropriate skin flap.
