摘 要:通过对智胜化工有限公司半水煤气栲胶脱硫改造的总结,从设备改造、工艺控制等方面简述了脱硫技改的措施和效果。技改结果表明:系统运行周期由技改前最短的22 d达到技改迄今的27个月,解决了长期困挠企业的脱硫塔硫堵难题,实现了18个月不堵塔的预期目标。技改后脱硫塔压差稳定、脱硫效率高、再生效果好、溶液副反应生成率低,取得良好的经济效益。Through the summarization for semi-water coal gas tannin extract de-sulfur reformation in Zhisheng Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. , and from aspects of equipment reformation and process control etc, the author has described the measures and effect of de-sulfur reformation. The technical reformation indicates that the system operating period reaches from the shortest 22 days before technical reformation to up-to-date 27 months after technical reformation, the difficult question of sulfur blockage in de-sulfur tower, which puzzled the enterprise for long time has been solved, the predicted target for unblockage of tower reaching to 18 months has been realized. After technical reformation the pressure drop of de-sulfur tower is stable, with high de-sulfur efficience good regeneration effect, the generation rate of bv- reaction of solution is low. the economic effect obtained is also good.
