摘  要:介绍了将尿素和磷酸二氢钾的缩聚物与脲醛反应,以合成一种互穿网络型高分子NPK缓释化肥的实验。研究评价了该缓释化肥的缓释性能以及合成中尿素和磷酸二氢钾的摩尔比、反应温度、甲醛的加入量对缓释性能的影响。研究结果表明:该缓释化肥中N的缓释期〉120 d,P的缓释期为80-100 d,K的缓释期为70-90 d。Author has introduced a experiment that taking urea and potassium dihydrogen phothate as condensation polymer, which reacted with urea formaldehyde to synthesize a kind of slow-releasing chemical fertilizer of high molecular NPK with interpenetrating networks type, in this study the author has evaluated the slow-releasing property of this slow-releasing chemical fertilizer, also evaluated the effect of the mole ratio of urea and potassium dihydrogen phosphate in synthesis, reaction temperature, and addition quantity of formaldehyde on slow-releasing property. The research result indicates that the slow-releasing period of N in this slow-releasing chemical fertilizer is more than 120 days, 80 - 120 days for P, and 70 -90 days for K.
