摘　　要：以信息空间的概念和作用为切入口,探讨了信息传导及其主要特征;指出信息、价值传导运行的阶段性和制约性。分析研究了信息、价值传导对我国科技创新的影响效应。This paper analyzes the concept and effects of information space, and makes a research on value conduction and its features. It indicates the phases and condition of information value conduction. Through this paper, we analyze the effects of value conduction on China Technological Innovation in details.
