摘 要:通过对比试验得出原子吸收法(AAS)测定饲料中的铅的最优条件;并在该条件下对四川省部分地区不同种类饲料中的铅含量进行了测定,得出配合饲料铅含量为2.01~2.68μg/g,浓缩饲料铅含量为3.12~3.54μg/g,预混饲料铅含量为7.95~8.45μg/g,均未超过国家规定的铅限量标准。The optimal condition for measuring lead in feedstuff by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) was obtained by contrast test. Lead contents in different kinds of feedstuffs in partial Sichuan were detected under this condition. It was obtained that lead contents in compounded feed in these regions ranged from 2.01 to 2.68 μg/g. Lead content of concentrated feed was 3.12-3.54μg/g and that of premixed feed was 7.95-8.45 μg/g. All of these were under the country standards.
