摘　　要：对HIV-1慢病毒载体的演变和发展做了较详细的介绍,并对慢病毒载体在生物安全性上的改进进行了综述。As a new method of transgenic technology, HIV -1 letivirual vector was recognized and applied by more and more people in many research fields. The changes and development of HIV-1 letivirual vector were introduced. And the improvements of letivirual vectors in biological safety Were reviewed.
