摘  要:[目的]为明确鳞茎的发育规律提供参考。[方法]以兰州百合(Liliumdavidii var. unicolor Hort.)为材料,经(6±0.5℃)低温贮藏67和101 d后种植,在其花蕾伸出顶端2 ̄3 cm时摘花蕾,以后定期检测在鳞茎发育过程中碳水化合物的变化。[结果]母鳞茎和新鳞茎经低温贮藏101 d处理的淀粉和总可溶性糖含量及蔗糖含量均高于贮藏67 d处理的。两种贮藏时间处理下,母鳞茎和新鳞茎的淀粉含量都持续上升。总可溶性糖含量在母鳞茎中升高,在67 d处理新鳞茎中下降,101 d处理的先升后降。67、101 d处理的母鳞茎和新鳞茎蔗糖含量变化趋势同总可溶性糖的基本一致,鳞茎淀粉酶活性都下降。[结论]贮藏处理的鳞茎内淀粉酶活性显著下降,淀粉含量增加,延长贮藏时间有利于鳞茎中淀粉的形成与积累。[Objective] The objective of research was to provide references of confirming the growth law of bulb. [Method] Lanzhou lily (Lilium davidii var. unicolor Hort, ) were planted after low temperature storage (6±0.5℃) for 67 and 101 d, the buds were removed when they extended out the apex at 2-3 cm and the carbohydrate metabolism changes in the growth process of bulb were determined at fixed time. [Result] The total soluble sugar content and amylase activity in female bulb and fresh bulb stored at low temperature for 101 d were higher than that of both two bulbs stored for 67 d, Under the two storage time, the starch contents in female bulb and fresh bulb rose continually. The total soluble sugar content rose in female bulb, reduced in fresh bulb stored for 67 d and first rose and then reduced in fresh bulb stored for 101 d. The cane sugar content in female bulb and fresh bulb stored for 67 and 101 d had consistent change trend with that of total soluble sugar content and the amylase activity was all decreased, [Conclusion] The amylase activity in stored bulb was decreased significantly and the starch content was increased. Delaying the storage time was propitious to the forming and accumulation of starch in bulb.
