摘　　要：以社会网络为切入点,结合工作实践,阐述了农民功能性社会网络和社会构建性社会网络在中德财政合作造林项目中的作用;并认为,社会网络在中德财政合作造林项目的实施中发挥着重要作用,国际合作项目可以充分利用农民社会网络发展生态造林,带动项目区科技文化知识的提高。With the basic of social network, effects of the farmer functionality network and social construction network on collaborate finance forestation project between China and Germany were elaborated combining with the working practice. It was thought that social network played a vital role in the application of collaborate finance forestation project between China and Germany. Farmer social network could be fully used in international cooperation project to develop ecological forestation and to improve the knowledge of science and technology in the project section.
