左归降糖灵相关药物对小鼠实验性高血糖的影响

摘　　要：用正交试验法，观察左归降糖灵相关药物对四氧嘧啶造成的高血糖小鼠的降糖作用。结果表明，方中养阴、益气、清热之品如熟地、枸杞、生黄芪等具有不同程度的降血糖作用，且配伍后降糖作用尤为显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。The resolved recipes study of ZuoGuiJiangTangLing was made. The results showed that nourishing Yin,suppementing Qi and reducing fever medvcines, for example, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Fructus lycii, Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari could reduce blood sugar of the alloxan experimental diabetic mice in distinctive level. The first mutual action revealed that Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata could reduce blood sugar in cooperation with Fructus Lycii(G<0.05).
