摘  要:目的:探讨L-精氨酸(L-arg)对缺氧性肺动脉增压反应的调节作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠(n=18)随机分为对照组、缺氧组(O2=10%±0.5%)及缺氧加L-arg组[L-arg500ms/(ks·d)腹腔注射]。经右心导管法测定各组大鼠肺动脉压力,并经分光光度法间接测定血浆一氧化氮含量。结果:缺氧组大鼠肺动脉平均压明显高于对照组,其血浆一氧化氮含量降低;缺氧加L-arg组大鼠肺动脉增压反应受到抑制,其血浆一氧化氮含量升高。结论:L-arg通过促进体内一氧化氮生成,对缺氧性肺动脉增压反应起重要的调节作用。Objective: To study the modulatory effect of L-arginine (L-arg) on hypoxic pulmonary pressor response. Methods: Eighteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into hypoxia group (O2=10% ±0.5% ), hypoxia with L-arg group (L-arg 500 mg. kg-1· d-1) and control group. Pulmonary artery pressure of each rat was evaluated by using a right cardiac catheterization procedure and indirect plasma concentration of nitric oxide was measured via spectrophotomery. Results: Pulmonary artery mean pressurewas significantly increased in rats exposed to two-week hypoxia. Meanwhile, indirect plasma nitric oxide concentration was markedly decreased compared with controls. Hypoxic pulmonary pressor responsewas attenuated with an increase in plasma nitric oxide level in L-arg treated rats that were exposed totwo-week hypoxia. Conclusion: L-arg plays an important role in modulating hypoxic pulmonary pressorresponse through initiating nitric oxide synthesis in rats.
