臂部动脉干的双干型变异造影视察

摘　　要：目的：采用动脉造影为临床提供影像学材料。方法：在106侧上肢中筛选臂部动脉干有变异的标本共12侧，用氧化铅（Pb3O4）灌注变异的动脉进行X射线照像。结果：浅肱动脉有9侧，它们到前臂均续为桡动脉。另有3侧为桡、尺动脉高分支。结论：臂部动脉干的双干型变异率为11．3％，其中浅肱动脉占8．5％，桡、尺动脉高分支占2．8％。Objective: Using angiographic method to sapply the radiographic metrial for clinical practiceMetkods: 12 Arms which the arm artery varied were infused by Pb3O4 and were taken X-ray film. Results: There were 9 arms which had the superficial brachial artery;all of them became the radial artery inforearm. the high branches of the radial and ulnar arteries were found in the other 3 arms. Conclusion:The rate of two-trunk type arterial trunk variation of human arm is 11. 3 %. 8. 5% is the variation of superficial brachial artery other 2. 8% is variation high branch of radial and ulnar artery.
