用RP-HPLC鉴别葛根芩连汤和测定其指标成份甘草酸与小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法对中成药葛根芩连汤进行了分析，结果表明所建立的方法用于葛根岑连汤中单味药鉴别及指标成分（markersubstance）甘草酸、小檗碱的含量测定，结果满意。RP-HPLC methods were established for the identification of each ingredient crude medicine used in Gegenqinlian decoction traditionalChinese patent medicine, and two marker substances-Glycyrrhizine and Berberine in it were deter mined successfully. The results showed that the methods were excellent and accurate. According to the results of the determination, the contents of Glycyrrhizine and Berberine in Gegenqinlian decoction were 4. 787～6. 835mg/g and 4. 899～6. 967mg/g,RSD were 0. 24～1. 34% and 0. 36～ 0. 81%, respectively.
