摘　　要：本文从分析馆藏的本质入手,论述了制定馆藏发展规划,落实馆藏发展责任人等馆藏建设的策略。From analysis the essence of the library collection this paper discusses strategy of the library collection construction as the establishment of the development programming of the library collection, carrying out of the responsible persons of the library collection development etc.
