摘　　要：文章描述了从传统图书馆参考咨询到数字参考咨询的历史沿革,重点论述了网络环境下的图书馆参考咨询即数字参考咨询服务的特点及服务模式,分析探讨了数字参考咨询服务模式的创新。This article illustrates the historical evolution from the traditional library ferference to the dig- ital library reference. The focuses of the article are on the features and service models of digital library reference, that is, library reference in the Internet context. The article also addresses the innovation of digital library reference services.
