摘  要:采用高级扩展流变仪研究了反应性增容剂氨化聚丙烯(PP-g-NH2)对聚丙烯(PP)/纳米SiO2复合材料流变性能的影响。结果表明,当PP、环氧功能化纳米SiO2、PP-g-NH2按87/3/10质量比共混时,所得复合材料的储能模量、损耗模量和复合粘度均比纯PP明显增大,流动活化能从24.9kJ/mol增大到26.9kJ/mol,呈现比纯PP更明显的剪切变稀现象。The effects of reactive compatibilizer amine functionalized polypropylene ( PP-g-NH2 ) on rheology behaviors of nano-silica filled polypropylene (PP) composites were studied by advanced rheology expanded systems. The results showed that in the case of the mass ratio of PP, surface epoxy functionalized nano-silica and PP-g-NH2 was 87/3/10, the modulus and viscosity of PP composites were increased markedly, the flow activation energy rised from 24.9 kJ/mol to 26.9 kJ/mol, and the composites displayed more serious shear thinning behaviors.
