摘 要:目的:研究安体欣对小鼠微循环障碍的改善.方法:利用高分子右旋糖酐造成小鼠微循环障碍模型,通过微循环显微摄像技术,观察、记录、分析毛细血管口径,交叉网开放数目,血液流速及血液流态的变化.结果:腹腔注射安体欣后,毛细血管口径增大17.1%(P<0.01),交叉网开放数目增加2.4%(P<0.01),血流速度平均增加3级.有60%左右动物有不同程度血液流态改善,血液流态从Ⅲ或Ⅳ级跃入Ⅰ级.结论:安体欣通过改善微循环起到活血化瘀的作用.Objective: To investigate the improvement of pinna microcirculatary disturbances in mice after treatment with Antioxing. Methods: The models of pinna microcirculatary disturbances generated by high molecular weight dextran were obtained in mice. The changes of diameters of capillary vessel, speed of blood flow, capillary network intersection counts and the character of blood flow determined by photomicrography were observed, recorded and analysed. Results: After ip injection of Antioxing, the diameters of capillary vessel enlarged 17.1% ( P <0.01), the openning numbers of capillary network increased by 2.4%, the speeds of blood flow raised three grades, the blood flow character improved gradually by varying degrees in about 60% animals. Conclusion: These results indicate that the medical mechanism of Antioxing is of remoting blood circulation to disperse blood stasis by improving microcirculation in mice.
