摘　　要：介绍了欧盟的REACH制度对下游产品——电子电器产品产生的技术性贸易壁垒,以及REACH制度所限用的电子电器产品有毒有害物质的来源,提出了电子电器企业特别是其材料供应商针对REACH制度应采取的措施和方法,取得开发和生产出符合相关法律法规要求产品的良好途径。Introduction was made to the technical trade barrier of downstream products-electronic ＆ electrical appliances products made by European Union （EU） REACH and the sources of electronic ＆ electrical appliance products＇ poisonous and harmful substance restricted by REACH system, the counter-measures and methods against REACH system are raised for electronic and electrical appliances enterprises especially their material suppliers, and get the good way for developing and producing the products accordance with the requirement of rel- evant law and regulations.
