摘 要:干旱诱导蛋白是指植物在受到干旱胁迫时新合成或合成增多的一类蛋白。干旱诱导蛋白的差异表达不仅与植物的种类有关,还与干旱胁迫强度、时间及发育阶段等有关。文章从干旱胁迫强度、时间及发育阶段等方面,综述了干旱诱导蛋白的差异表达;介绍了多数干旱诱导蛋白表现出高度的亲水性、很好的热稳定性以及可以被诱导的共同特性;归纳了LEA蛋白、渗调蛋白、水孔蛋白以及抗氧化酶几种主要的植物干旱诱导蛋白的功能特点与研究概况,为对干旱诱导蛋白的进一步研究提供条件。Drought induced protein is a kind of proteins which is newly synthesized or increased in plants re sponsible for drought stress. The differential expression of drought induced protein not only relates to the type of plant, but also the drought intensity, time and development stage of plant, etc. In this paper, the different expressions of drought induced protein under varied drought stress intensities, time and development stages, etc. , were summarized; the common characteristics of drought induced protein including the strong hydrophilicity,good ther mostability and inducibility were introduced. Moreover, the functional characteristics and research of drought in duced proteins including Late Embryogenesis Abundant (LEA) protein,osmotin,aquaporin and antioxidant enzymes in plants were induced, which would provide the basis for further research of drought induced proteins.
