摘　　要：政府购买农村公共卫生服务是政府向需方直接投入的一种方式,可以促进经费使用效率及提高农民对公共卫生服务的可及性。目前政府购买的方式在国内还有很多争论,笔者介绍了有关购买的相关理论及在中国的两种购买方式,并对政府购买的意义和存在的问题进行了进一步的分析和探讨。Government purchasing the rural public health is a way that the government directly devotes to the consumer, it can prompt the efficiency of using public heath foundation and the peasants＇ accessibility to share the public heath. At present, there are so many controversies on it. The author introduces the relative theories about government purchasing and two ways of purchasing in China, analyzes the meaning and the problems of government purchasing.
