关节镜下FasT-Fix缝合修复半月板损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的总结关节镜下用FasT-Fix缝合修复半月板损伤的操作技巧,评价其疗效。方法关节镜下用FasT-Fix缝合修复16例患者17例半月板损伤,其中内侧半月板损伤7例,外侧半月板损伤10例,病程1-4周,平均2.7周。损伤区域：Ⅰ区损伤1例,Ⅱ区损伤10例,Ⅲ区损伤5例,Ⅳ区损伤1例;损伤位于红区11例,红白区6例。结果所有病例术后均无并发症的发生,随访时间10-20个月,平均为17个月,lysholm评分术前（44.13＋12.56）、术后（80.24＋12.67）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。所有患者术后随访时膝关节伸屈功能正常,无疼痛及交锁症状。结论对于半月板损伤患者,FasT-Fix缝合是一种简便、快速、安全、有效的全关节内缝合方法,有助于提高疗效。Objective To summarize the technology of using FasT-Fix to repair meniscus tears with arthroscope, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods FasT-Fix was used to repair 17 eases of meniscus tears, the medial was 7,and the lateral was 10,and the interval from injury to surgery was 1 -4 weeks, with the average of 2.7 weeks. Injury area ： 1 in region Ⅰ , 10 in region Ⅱ , 5 in region Ⅲ, 1 in region Ⅳ. Of 17 cases, 11 meniscus tears were located at red region, 6 at red-whlte region. Results There were no complications after operation. The follow-up lasted for 10 - 20 months , with the average of 17 months. The preoperative lysholm scoring scale of operated knees was （44. 13 ＋ 12.56） and the postoperative was （80.24 ＋ 12.67）, and there was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After operation, the flexion and extension of knee joint function were normal, without pain and interlocking. Conclusion The FasT-Fix system is a easy, safe and effective all - inside suture technique for meniscal repair.
