动态喉镜下声带显微手术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨动态喉镜在喉科声带微创手术中的应用。方法用德国ATMOSⅡ型动态喉镜对喉科临床声带息肉531例、声带小结139例、声带囊肿22例进行声带显微手术。结果声带息肉治愈率93.6%、好转率5.5%、无效率0.9%,声带小结治愈率93.52%、好转率5.76%、无效率0.72%,声带囊肿治愈率95.5%、好转率4.5%。结论应用动态喉镜光线明亮和图像放大的功能,对声带良性病变进行显微微创手术,使声带所受创伤尽量减少,不影响术后声带的振动发音功能。Objective To investigate the application of laryngostroboscope in vocal microtrauma surgery. Methods A German type ATMOSⅡ laryngostroboscope was used in vocal surgery for 531 eases of vocal polyp, 139 of vocal nodule and 22 of vocal cyst in laryngology clinic. Results The cure rate of vocal polyp was 93.6%, improvement rate was 5.5%, ineffective rate was 0.9%. The cure rate of vocal nodule was 93.52%, improvement rate was 5.76%, ineffective rate was 0.72%. The cure rate of vocal cyst was 95.5%, improvement rate was 4.5%. Conclusion The microtrauma surgery for benign vocal lesions is performed to alleviate vocal injuries with the bright illumination and magnification functions of laryngostroboscope, which never effect vibration and phonation physiological function.
