摘  要:目的了解低温海水浸泡协同力竭性游泳致大鼠应激对其血常规、肝、肾功能的影响。方法选用Wistar雄性大鼠16只,予以0℃海水浸泡同时予以疲劳性游泳刺激,分别在应激诱导前后半小时尾静脉取血,应激前后12小时收集尿液,临床血细胞分析仪、生化自动检测仪测定各指标。结果A组大鼠应激后白细胞、淋巴细胞数量显著增高,红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板未见明显改变;肝功能提示血糖、ALT和AST升高,总胆红素未见明显改变;尿液生化检测提示尿蛋白、亚硝酸盐升高;肾功能提示血清肌酐、尿素氮呈上升趋势。结论寒冷、疲劳、海水浸泡等引起的应激,导致大鼠血液、肝、肾功能异常。Objective To investigate the effects of immersion and exhausting swimming in the low temperature sea water on hematology and functions of liver and kidney in rats. Methods Sixteen male Wistar rats were immersed and exhausted by swimming in the freezing point sea water. The blood samples were drawn from the tail veins half an hour before and after the immersion and swimming. The urine samples were collected 12 hours before and after the immersion and swimming. The blood and urine samples were examined with clinical blood cell counter, and biochemical analyzer. Results The significant increase in white blood cells, and lymphocyte and insignificant changes in red blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets were produced by the immersion and swimming in the low temperature sea water in the rats. There were significantly higher levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (ALT), glutamic pyruvic transaminase (AST) and glucose,and insignificant changes in total bilirubin in the blood of the rats stressed by the immersion and swimming. The urine contents of protein and nitrate (NIT), and serum contents of creatinine and nitrogen increased significantly in the rats after the stress. Conclusion The abnormal hematology and functions of the liver and kidney can be produced by the immersion and swimming in the cold sea water in the rats.
