摘  要:随着污水处理量的增加,污泥的排放量也在逐年递增。由于污泥含水率很高且保水性强,单靠简单的机械压缩过滤很难达到理想的脱水效果,给其处理和处置带来很多问题。本研究在制备有机高分子絮凝剂的基础上,与由钢渣、硫铁矿渣自制的无机高分子絮凝剂配伍使用,用于污泥脱水,一方面以废治废,另一方面降低成本,同时能提高污泥的脱水性能。研究表明自制的有机絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂复配进行污泥脱水,在5kPa真空度下,其水分去除率为24.08%,比国外进口产品高出4.39%,且成本较低,具有一定的市场竞争力。With the increasing amount of every year. But there is a high content of sewage disposal, the amount of sludge increases water in the sludge, so it is difficult to get an ideal effect of dehydration by using simple machine to compress and filtrate, which also brings a lot of problem to the disposal. In the experiment, first we make organic high polymer flocculant by ourselves, and then commonage it with inorganic high polymer flocculant which is made by steel slag and pyrite slag to dehydrate sludge. This would on the one hand use the waste to dispose the waste, on the other hand reduce the cost of disposal and increase the capability of sludge dehydration. This research shows that the with the effect of our organic high polymer flocculant and inorganic high polymer flocculant, in the 20 kPa vacuum to dehydrate sludge, 24. 08% water can be dehydrated, which is 4. 39% higher than the imported product. So this formulation is low cost and competitive in the market.
