摘　　要：近来学术期刊价格的上涨、开放获取运动的开展使得人们开始转向利用互联网来传播、保存学术科研成果。在此背景下，有些学者提出了机构资源库的概念，建议将本机构的科研成果加以保存、管理和提供利用。什么是机构资源库，国际上有哪些关于机构资源库的活动，共建机构资源库有哪些优势，在我国如何来共建机构资源库及其建设模式等等，都是本文讨论的焦点。Recently, the appreciation of academic journals and the development of open access movement leads people to use the Internet to disseminate and preserve academic research achievement. Under this background,some scholars put forth the concept of institutional digital repository, suggest using it to preserve and manage digital academic resources and provide access. This article focuses on Beveral issues in this field, such as What is Institutional Repository, What kinds of activities about institutional Repository are developed in the world, what United Institutional Reposltory can bring to us, how to build United Institutional Repository, as well as the selection of establishment mode of United Institutional,Repository, etc.
