摘 要:目的探索中药提取液中黄芩苷、栀子苷和芍药苷在大孔吸附树脂上的吸附规律。方法以中药提取液中黄芩苷、栀子苷和芍药苷为研究对象,考察它们在D101、JD-KWLD树脂上的比吸附量、吸附动力学曲线及相互置换情况。结果混合提取液中3种苷的比吸附量较单独提取液显著减少,非极性树脂对3种苷的吸附力大小顺序为黄芩苷(栀子苷(芍药苷。结论大孔吸附树脂对被吸附分子吸附力的大小可能与其分子结构有关,黄酮苷对非极性大孔吸附树脂的吸附作用强于环烯醚萜苷和醇苷,环烯醚萜苷和醇苷对树脂吸附力的大小与其分子的空间位阻有关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the absorption of glycosides in material medica extractions by macroporous resins,and to study the interaction rule of baicalin,gardoside and lactiflorin to the absorption.METHODS The quantity of absorption, absorption curves and competitive replacement of baicalin,gardoside and lactiflorin in material medica extractions were studied.RESULTS The quantities of absorption of the three glycosides were in compound extraction were reduced obviously compared with the quantities of absorption when the glycosides were extracted separately.The absorption forces of non-polar resins to the three glycosides were subsequenced as: baicalin〉 gardoside 〉 lactiflorin.CONCLUSION The absorption forces of non-polar resins to the three glycosides were influenced by their molecule structure.Flavonoid glycoside showed the greatest affinity to non-polar resins.The absorption forces of non-polar resins to iridoid glycoside and alcoholic glycoside were influenced by the stereospecific blockade of their aglycons.
