健脾软肝方及拆方对CCl_4肝纤维化大鼠脂质过氧化的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察福尔肝健脾软肝方及拆方对CCl4肝纤维化大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。方法:复制CCl4肝纤维化大鼠模型,以等效剂量健脾软肝方及拆方灌胃,并以鳖甲软肝片为对照,观察模型大鼠肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠肝组织Hyp含量显著增加,SOD活性明显下降,MDA含量显著升高,表现为显著的脂质过氧化损伤和肝损伤。经药物治疗后,各药物组SOD活性(除理气活血软肝方组、活血软肝方组外)均有不同程度升高,以健脾软肝方组和健脾活血软肝方组在升高SOD活性方面优于其它治疗组;各药物组MDA含量(除活血软肝组外)均有不同程度降低,以健脾软肝方组MDA含量降低较为明显,显示良好的抗肝脂质过氧化作用。结论:福尔肝健脾软肝方及拆方具有良好的抗肝纤维化作用,尤以健脾软肝方全方组作用为好。抗脂质过氧化可能是健脾软肝方及拆方抗肝损伤和抗肝纤维化作用的重要靶点之一。Objective： To observe the effect of FuerganJianpiruangan decoction and its separated decoction on Lipin peroxidation in rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CC14. Method ： Copy the model of rats with hepatic fibrosis induced by CC14. Fill rats＇ stomach with the same dose of Jianpiruangan decoction and its separated decoction. Comparing with the Biejiaruangan pills, observe liver tissue of model group about Hyp, SOD activity, and the MDA levels. Results： Comparing with the rats in normal group, the amour of Hyp in the model group is increasing, SOD is lowering MDA is increasing. The results indicate that have injury of each medicated group had increased. Jianpiruangan group and Jianpihuoxueruan-gan group are better than other group in the aspect of improve SOD activity. The MAD content of each group has debased more or less, and the MAD content of Jianpiruangan group is the minimum one. Conclusion： Fuergan Jianpiruangan decotion and its separated decoction play a very important role in the improvement of liver function, anti-hepatic fibrosis among these groups. Jianpiruangan decoction is the most effcttive. Anti-Lipin peroxidation possibly is one of important target spots.
