取渊汤治疗慢性副鼻窦炎30例

摘　　要：目的:介绍慢性副鼻窦炎胆腑郁热型的中医治疗体会。方法:对确诊为慢性副鼻窦炎且中医辨证为胆腑郁热型患者采用取渊汤加减内服治疗。结果:共治疗30例,治愈20例,好转6例,未愈4例。治愈率66.7%,有效率86.7%.结论:慢性副鼻窦炎之胆腑郁热型采用取渊汤加减治疗效果较好。Objective： To introduce the treatment method of the depressed gall-bladder with plhegmheat of chronic paranasal sinusitis with Chinese herbs. Method ： To the depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat of chronic paranasal sinusitis patients use Quyuan decoction treatment. Results： 30 cases in total, 20 cases were cured, 6 were improved and 4 had no response, the cure rate was 66. 7%, the rasponse rate was 86. 7%. Conclusion： To the depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat of chronic paranasal sinusitis patients use Quyuan decoction treatment have better effect.
