摘　　要：地下水资源既是重要的经济资源,也是一种消耗性的自然资源,超量开采极易引发地质灾害。在经济社会高速发展时期,如何协调好地下水开采与保护的矛盾,江苏省在这方面作了积极的探索,可供类似地区地下水资源管理借鉴参考。Groundwater resources are essential economical resources and also consumptive natural resources.Over-exploitation of groundwater may cause geological disasters.In the period of fast development of our economy and society,how to deal with the contradiction between groundwater exploitation and protection is the subject for the Jiangsu Provincial government,who has made active exploitation and their experiences can be learned and referenced by the other similar areas in groundwater resources management.
