摘　　要：[目的]了解医学专业女大学生性病及艾滋病知识的知晓状况。[方法]在武汉地区的高校医学专业大学生,分层整群抽样,对调查对象进行无记名的自填式问卷调查表进行调查。[结果]共调查了985名女大学生,她们对艾滋病、淋病和梅毒的知晓率均在95%以上,对艾滋病3大传播途径的知晓率均在91%以上。除了对同性恋知晓率较低外,医学专业女大学生对艾滋病主要高危行为和高危人群的知晓率均在85%以上。但有6.90%的学生错误地把蚊子叮咬等当作艾滋病的传播途径,知道"100%安全套行动"的人仅有1.50%,知道"性行为中女性比男性更容易感染艾滋病"的也仅有27.00%。[结论]医学专业女大学生生具有一定的性病艾滋病知识,但仍需进一步提高。[Objective] To investigate the awareness status of knowledge about sexually-transmitted diseases （STD） and AIDS among female College students majoring in medical science. [ Methods] An anonymous questionnaire investigation was conducted among 985 female college students majoring in medical seience in Wuhan selected by cluster sampling. [Results] A total number of students were surveyed. Among them, above 95.00% had the knowledge concerning AIDS, gononrrhea and syphilis, and above 91.00% had the knowledge about the three mutes of transmission of HIV. Except homosexuals, above 85.00% of the female medical students had knowledge about high risk group and high risk behaviors of HIV/AID infection. But the mosquito could transmit the HIV. Only 1.50% of them knew＂campaign of 100% condom＂,and only27.00% of them knew＂ women being more Susceptible to HIV men in sexual behavior＂. [Gonclusions] the female college students in medical science have some knowledge about sexually-transmitted diseases and AIDS, but further education is needed.
