医院内自愿戒毒人群艾滋病健康教育干预研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解成都市自愿戒毒医院内戒毒人群的艾滋病相关知识和行为,实施健康教育干预活动,探索自愿戒毒人群健康教育模式。[方法]在自愿戒毒医院设立咨询室,培训并发动医务人员开展干预活动,比较干预前后吸毒者对艾滋病相关知识的认知。[结果]出院组人群艾滋病知识的得分较入院组人群有了明显的提高(P﹤0.05),纠正了吸毒者对艾滋病及其传播途径的的错误观念。[结论]在自愿戒毒医院内建立咨询室、培训并发动医务人员开展干预活动,有助于提高吸毒者对艾滋病相关知识的认知。[Objective] To understand AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors among drug users in voluntary detoxification hospitals in Chengdu, actualize health education intervention, and explore an effective educational model for drug users. [ Methods] Consultation room was set up, the medical staff in voluntary detoxification hospitals were trained and motivated to develop health education intervention, and awareness changes of AIDS-related knowledge were compared before and after health education intervention. [ReSults] The AIDS-related knowledge scores of dischange group were apparently higher than those of the admission group （P 〈 0.05）, the misconceptions of AIDS-related knowledge and its transmission route got to be con＇ected. [ Conclusions] Setting up consultation room in voluntary detoxification hospital, training and motivating the medical staff to develop health education intervention, could improve awareness of AIDS-related knowledge among drug users in voluntary detoxification hospitals.
