蜂胶对链球菌的抑菌实验

摘　　要：[目的]了解河南蜂胶对3种链球菌的抑菌作用。[方法]设6个不同pH组(蜂胶浓度31%)和8个不同蜂胶浓度组(pH5.5),琼脂平板扩散法记录蜂胶对甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌和丙型链球菌的抑菌效果。[结果]河南蜂胶对甲型链球菌和乙型链球菌有明显的抑菌环产生,对丙型链球菌无明显的抑菌环。河南蜂胶对甲型链球菌和乙型链球菌的抑菌环直径随pH增加而减小,随蜂胶浓度降低而减小。[结论]河南蜂胶对丙型链球菌无明显的抑菌活性,对甲型链球菌和乙型链球菌有明显的抑菌环活性,抑菌活性随pH增加和浓度降低而减弱。[Objective] To observe the antibacterial activity of Henan propolis against Streptococcus viridans, Streptococcus hemolyticus and Streptococcus non-hemolyticus. [Methods] Plates smeared with the 3 species of Streptococcus were designed with 6 different pH of the culture medium （31% propolis） and 8 different concentrations of propohs （pH=5.5） for bacteriostatic test, the dosage of 71μl of sample wasused in each test plate, and bacteriostatic ring was measured and recorded in each group after 24 hours. [Results] No bacteriostatic ring against S. non-hemolyticus was found but obvious bacteriostatic rings were found in the tests against both S. viridans and S. hemolyticus. The bacteriostatic ring against both S. viridans and S. hemolyticus became small along with the increase of pH or the decrease of propolis concentration. [ Conclusions] Henan propohs has no antibacterial activity against S. non-hemolyticus, but has obvious antibacterial activity against S. viridans and S. hemolyticus, and the antibacterial activity declines along with the increase of pH and the decrease of propolis concentration.
