江门市区突发性职业中毒预测预警研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解江门市区发生突发职业中毒机率及规模。[方法]建立预测突发职业中毒的数学模型,运用对市区企业职业危害因素现场监测结果数据库及职业卫生基础资料进行摸拟运算,得出不同行业发生突发职业中毒危险的等级。[结果]对159家企业进行现场调查、采样分析,极度危险的有粉尘(256.6)、正已烷(157.8)、氰化物(156.3)、铅及化合物(126.1)、三氯乙烯(113.7);高度危险有锰及化合物(90.6)、铬酸盐(82.4)、苯(57.2)、甲苯(56.8)、镉(54.5)、硫化氢(32.7)、丙烯酰胺(30.3)。[结论]江门市区发生突发职业中毒的危险性依然存在,应加强对危险度高的岗位工种的监测、整改力度。[Objective] To make a prediction and pre-warnmg study on the probability and scales of occupational poisoning accidents in the urban districts of Jiangmen city. [Methods] Based on the mathematical models established for predicting paroxysmal occupational poisoning accidents, the long-term air monitoring data of hazardous substances encountered in the factories and the data of occupational health surveys were collected to calculate the risk of industrial accidents caused by commonly encountered chemicals. [ Results] Base on the field surveys and air monitoring data in 159 factories in Jiangmen, there were two categories of hazardous chemicals in manufacturers according to their risk of resulting in industrial poisoning accidents. The extremely dangerous substances consisted of dust （256.6） , N-hexane （157.8） , cyanide （156.3）, lead and its com- pounds （126.1）, and trichloroethylene （113.7）; the higtdy dangerous substances consisted of manganese and its compounds （90.6）, chromates （82.4）, benzene （57.2）, toluene （56.8）, cadmium （54.5）, hydrogen sulfide （32.7）, and acrylaufide （30.3）. [Conclusions]The risk of occupational poisoning accidents caused by chemical toxicants in Jiangmen should not be ignored. Theoccupational hygienic inspection and surveillance on high-risk profession and post are urgently needed, and more strict measures to renovate work conditions should be strengthened.
