摘 要:[目的]了解综合性大学中非医科类和医科类在校大学生对AIDS知识态度与行为现况,为进一步调整预防AIDS健康教育的内容和改善其教学方式提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取北华大学非医科类学生612人,医科类学生754人做为调查对象。[结果]AIDS的基础知识回答正确率,医科类学生明显高于非医科类学生,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);AIDS的相关态度回答正确率,医科类学生明显高于非医科类学生,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);AIDS的行为状态,非医科类与医科类学生均持有正向积极的行为态度。[结论]非医科类学生应增设预防AIDS的健康教育选修课;医科类学生应调整和改善预防AIDS健康教育的内容和教学方式。[Objective] To understand the status of AIDS-related knowledge and attitude among medical students and non-medical students, so as to provide evidence for regulating the contents of health education on AIDS prevention and improving its teaching. [ Methods] By the method of stratified cluster samplillg, 621 students firm non-medical professiolls and 754 students from medical professions in Beihua university were selected to be investigated. [ Results] The correct rates of elementary knowledge about AIDS and AIDS-related attitude were both significantly higher in medical students than those in non-medical students. The behaviors towards AIDS prevention were overall positive, and there was no obvious difference between medical students and non-medical students. [ Conclusions] Heahh education on AIDS should be, developed among non-medical students, and the contents and teaching methods of AIDS-related health education among medical students should be revised.
