摘　　要：[目的]探讨鼻内镜下切除鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的治疗效果。[方法]根据Krouse的分期，回顾性分析26例行鼻内镜手术并运用内镜随访1-9年Ⅰ～Ⅲ级鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者的临床资料。[结果]26例患者均在鼻内镜下彻底切除肿瘤，无并发症发生。随访1-9年，有5例术后复发（19%），其中3例累及筛窦，1例累及蝶窦，1例累及上颌窦。[结论]鼻内镜下手术切除鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤具有效果好、面部不留瘢痕等优点。[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of transnasal endoscopic surgery on inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and nasal sinuses. [ Methods] According to the staging system developed by John H. Krouse, the clinical data of 26 cases with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and nasal sinuses in stage I- Ⅲ who were treated with transnasal endoscopic surgery and followed up for 1-9 years were analyzed retrospectively. [ Results ] All the 26 cases of inverted papillomas were removed com letely and no serious com lications occurred All of the atients were followed u from 1 to 9 ears Onl 5 cases （19%） recurred, Of the 5 cases, ethmoid sinuses were involved in 3 cases, sphenoid sinus was involved in 1 case and maxillazy sinus was involved in 1 case. [Conclusions] Endoscopic transnasal resection of inverted papilloma is a effective approach for the treatment of patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and sinuses. Especially it causes less facial scars.
