摘 要:简述了基于GMR的三维焊缝检测传感器。为解决焊接加工自动化过程中空间焊缝的跟踪检测,将GMR焊枪悬浮高度传感器、焊缝检测传感器以及相应的微处理器有机结合并集成,用于检测跟踪三维焊缝。文章主要介绍对V型焊缝的检测和对信号做出相应的处理。基于这种三维智能传感器的焊缝跟踪系统,能够检测出空间中的V型焊缝并在很大程度上减小了焊缝检测的盲区。实验结果表明:焊缝跟踪精度高并能够检测出空间复杂三维焊缝——V型焊缝,达到设计要求。Introduced three-dimensional welding line detect sensor based on GMR.In order to settle the real-time tracking along the welding line during automatic welding manufacture industry, the GMR sensor,welding line detect sensor and proper Microprocessor are integrated together, which is miniaturizes and intelligentizes sensor. The experimental result show: its high tracking accuracy and can check three-dimensional space welding line that is complex.
