株洲市某民房墙体开裂原因分析

摘　　要：通过取样试验分析与轻便触探原位测试手段确定地基土的承载力特征值,并对地基承载力和基础沉降量进行验算;得出地基土承载力不能满足上部结构荷载要求,产生过大不均匀沉降是民房开裂的直接原因。从一个侧面反映当前农村民房建设中普遍存在的问题,说明"发挥勘察设计行业在建设社会主义新农村中的引导作用"具有十分重要的意义。Characteristic value of subgrade bearing capacity was received first by means of test of soil sample and in-situ test penetration test, and then carry through checking computations of subgrade bearing capacity and calculations of foundation settlement. Indicate that subgrade bearing capacity can not satisfy the load of the structure, and engender excessive differential settlement, this is the direct reason for cracks of the wall. All this things reflect that there are many unknown troubles in the construction of residertial house.
