摘  要:针对引进美国西屋公司技术生产的300MW汽轮发电机组,在石横、汉川电厂投运初期出现的励磁机轴振偏大问题,分析了原因,并采取措施将后来出厂的300MW机组励磁机临界转速降低,使工作转速避开不平衡响应敏感区,使轴振偏大情况得以解决。Over - limit exciter shaft vibration was found in the 300MW tubine generator whiz manufactured with WH technology in Shihong and Hanchuan power plants during their initial period of commissioning, causes were analysed and countermeasures were adopted. With the method of lowering the exciter critical speed to avoid unbalance susceptible zone, this vibration problem was solved and found no more in later units manufactured since then.
