三乙醇胺乳膏预防放射性皮肤损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三乙醇胺乳膏(比亚芬)预防肛门会阴区急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法:将76例需要作包肛门会阴区的盆腔大野或腹股沟区放射治疗的患者随机分为2组,40例在第1次放射治疗后给予三乙醇胺乳膏涂抹为用药组,36例只做常规放射治疗宣教和健康教育为对照组。结果:轻度皮肤放射反应(1、2级)对照组为41.7%(15/36),用药组为80.0%(32/40),重度放射反应(3、4级)对照组为58.3%(21/36),用药组为20.0%(8/40)。在照射剂量40Gy以前对照组83.3%(30/36),用药组37.5%(15/40)出现皮肤反应。结论:三乙醇胺乳膏能有效减轻和预防放射性皮炎的发生,保证放射治疗的顺利进行。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trolamine cream （biafine cream） to prevent acute irradiation-induced dermal injury. Methods： 76 patients accepted radiotherapy were devided into two groups randomly： treatment group（40 cases） was given biafine cream application since the begining of radiotherapy while the other 36 cases served as control just with health education program alone. Results： Dermal toxic grade and rate in the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group, with the significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Biafine cream can alleviate the patients＇ sufferings and improve their quality of life, as well as effectively prevent acute irradiation-induced dermal injury.
