摘　　要：目的:研究液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)法检测兔胃内容物中乌头碱的方法。方法:采用LC-MS法检测兔胃内容物中乌头碱。结果:模拟法医鉴定,在灌服乌头碱引起中毒死亡3d后家兔的胃内容物中检测到尚未代谢的乌头碱。结论:此方法适于胃内容物中乌头碱检测,可供乌头碱中毒法医鉴定参考。ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ： To study the LC-ESI/MS^n method in the detection of aconitine in gastric contents of the rabbits. METHODS： The content of aconitine in gastric contents was determined by LC-ESI/ MS^n. RESULTS： In the simulated medicolegal investigation, aconitine that hadn＇t metabolized was found in gastric juice of the rabbits at 3 days of poisoning with aconitine. CONCLUSION： This detection method can be applied to detect aconitine in gastric juice and provides reference of medicolegal investigation of aconitine poisoning.
