摘　　要：在渤海政权建立的过程中,民族因素发挥了不可替代的作用,高句丽文化特别是中原先进文化的强烈影响、契丹贵族发动的营州之乱、黑水靺鞨扩张势头的受挫、后突厥汗国崛起后对辽西走廊交通的控制,为渤海政权的建立创造了有利条件并提供了机会。In the process of establishment of Bohai political power, the ethnic factors played the role which cannot be replaced, the in- tense influence of Gaogouli culture especially advanced culture of central region, Yingzhou upheaval which was brought into play by Qidan aristocrats, Heishui Mohe＇s expansive momentum suffered frustration, the after-Turkic Khanate controlled the traffic of Liao-xi corridor, these created the favorable conditions and provided the opportunity for the establishment of Bohai poliical power.
