摘 要:利用分批加入尿素法,使尿素和甲醛先在pH7.5时进行羟甲基化反应,再在pH5.5时进行脱水缩合;然后加入第二批尿素和小麦淀粉在pH7.5条件下反应一定时间得到淀粉改性脲醛树脂胶。考察了小麦淀粉添加量对脲醛树脂胶应用于松木胶接时的胶合强度和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,淀粉添加量达到原料中尿素和甲醛总质量的10%时,脲醛树脂胶的胶合强度达4.784MPa最高值,淀粉用量占尿素和甲醛总量的20%时,脲醛树脂胶的胶合强度达4.308MPa,样品在25℃水中浸泡3天后的胶合强度达到2.742MPa,因此淀粉用量范围选择在20%以内合适。Urea - formaldehyde resin adhesive modified with starch was prepared by addition of urea twice, first methylolation reaction between urea and formaldehyde was carried out at pH of 7.5, condensation polymerization was carried out at pH of 5.5, then urea and wheat starch were added to the reaction system to react for certain time at pH of 7.5.
