摘  要:利用化学探针技术测定了6种减粘裂化原料的受热氢转移能力,借此优化减粘裂化原料。在高压釜中对丁烷脱油沥青掺炼全馏分催化裂化油浆和馏程小于460℃的催化裂化轻质油浆的减粘裂化过程进行了研究。试验结果表明:以质量分数60%丁烷脱油沥青和40%的全馏分催化裂化油浆为原料,经减粘裂化后无法获得运动粘度和安定性均合格的燃料油;以相同比例的丁烷脱油沥青和馏程小于460℃的催化裂化轻质油浆为原料,在反应温度为420℃、反应时间为40 min时,减粘裂化油的粘度和安定性均可达到燃料油标准要求。以上述第二种原料进行工业试验,生产出了符合SH/T0356-1996标准的7号燃料油。Thermal hydrogen transferability of 6 kinds of residual oils as visbreaking feedstocks was determined by using chemical probe technique, by means of which an appropriate blended feed to visbreaking unit could be chosen. The visbreaking reaction for the feedstock of deoiled asphalt from butane deasphahing unit (BDOA) blended with full distillation range FCC slurry (FDRFS) or the light FCC decanted oil of IBP 460℃ (LFS) distillation range were investigated in an autoclave. The results show that the kinematic viscosity and stability of the visbroken fuel oil can not meet the standard's specifications when the visbreaker feed consisted of 60% (w) of BDOA and 40% (w) of FDRFS. The visbroken residual oil can meet the quality specifications for commercial fuel oil in viscosity and stability with a blended feedstock of 60% (w) of BDOA and 40% (w) of LFS under the conditions of reaction temperature of 420℃ and reaction time of 40 min. Based on above study, the 7^# fuel oil meeting the standard of SH/T 0356-1996 is produced by a commercial visbreaking unit.
