摘　　要：分析对比美国石油学会油罐设计规范APl650和IGB50341《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计规范》中确定储罐是否带锚栓的关键因素,包括风载荷、地震载荷和设计内压,探讨了锚栓储罐设计中应注意的问题,如罐壁、罐顶的设计,锚栓力的确定,锚栓座的计算等。The API650 standard for the design of oil storage tanks and key factors for deciding whether the oil storage tanks should have anchors or not such as wind load, earthquake load, internal pressure in GB50341 ＂Standard for design of Vertical Cylindrical Steel Welded Oil Tanks＂ are analyzed and compared. The precautions in the design of anchor storage tanks are studied, such as design of tank walls and roofs, determination of anchoring force and calculation of anchor seat etc.
